Parents/caregivers and applicant children are both invited to attend. The event will last approximately 60 to 90 minutes. We will provide the time upon registration and further details closer to the event itself.
APPLY ONLINE
Submitting your inquiry opens access to an online Admissions portal where you will complete your application and register for events. There is a $150 non-refundable application fee for submission. We are happy to provide an application fee waiver for families applying for tuition assistance; please contact our office to inquire.
IN-PERSON FAMILY CONVERSATION
A 45-minute in-person Family Conversation allows us to become better acquainted with your child and family and to understand your educational goals, values, and expectations. All custodial parents/caregivers are required to attend so that we may honor the unique perspective of each family member. (Please note the tour and conversation are for primary adult parents/caregivers only.)

At Turning Point, tuition is truly all-inclusive, covering many items that other schools often bill separately.
Our comprehensive tuition covers every aspect of the student experience, including study tours and spring overnight trips; books and classroom materials; one-to-one technology for students in grades 4–8; Parent Association membership; student activity fees; security and facilities support; and participation in extracurricular programs such as athletics, robotics, and other clubs.
Tuition is intentionally structured to minimize additional fees and reflects the cost of providing each student with our complete academic program. Rates apply to the 2025–26 school year.
Preschool
$34,950 (Includes Morning + After School Care)
Pre-K
$36,500 (Includes Morning + After School Care)
ELEMENTARY (GRADES K-4)
$43,150 (Includes Morning Care)
Middle School (Grades 5-8)
$48,375 (Includes Morning Care)
Placement Fee
A one-time placement fee of $2,000 per child is required per new student.
Payment Plans
Families may choose from three payment plans: one, two, or ten installments. Tuition includes a cash/check discount, while credit card payments are billed at the non-discounted rate, up to 2.85% higher than the cash price.
A non-refundable deposit equal to 10% of tuition is due upon enrollment and will be applied to the total tuition balance.
Tuition Assistance
Turning Point is committed to making our Preschool–Grade 8 program accessible to families who could not otherwise attend without financial support.
We encourage families who may need assistance to apply at the same time they submit their child’s Admissions application. Tuition Assistance awards typically range from 20% to 80% of tuition.
If Tuition Assistance would be a determining factor in your ability to enroll, we strongly recommend applying in your first year of admission, as future funding may not be available to families who do not apply initially.
The Tuition Assistance Committee reviews each application holistically, taking into account income, assets, liabilities, and other factors. While there is no strict income threshold, families with annual incomes below $250,000 and one enrolled child may qualify for some level of assistance. Please note that not all families who apply will qualify, and funding is limited.
Applications for the 2026–27 school year open in November and are due by January 26, 2026. For more information, please contact the Admissions Office.
If you need help completing your application, Clarity offers in-app support and email support in English and Spanish at support@claritytuition.com. The application itself is also fully translated into Spanish.
*Please note that the school has met its Tuition Assistance budget for the 2025-26 school year. As a result, Tuition Assistance is not available to families applying on a Rolling Admissions basis. Tuition Assistance is, however, available for Fall 2026.
Our office is pleased to guide and support you through the full admissions process and you are welcome to call (310) 841-2505 x128, or email admissions@turningpointschool.org with any questions.
